Malkajgiri Municipal Chief Receives 23 Prajavani Grievance Petitions

Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC) Commissioner T Vinay Krishna Reddy received 23 public grievance applications during the Prajavani programme conducted in Malkajgiri on Monday.

The petitions submitted by residents addressed issues related to the civic body's engineering and town planning wings. Out of the total submissions, 19 applications pertained to town planning matters, while four applications were related to civic and infrastructure issues under the engineering department.

Following the session, the applications were forwarded to the concerned municipal departments for detailed examination and necessary action. Officials noted that the process is focused on resolving citizens' grievances systematically and ensuring the delivery of timely civic services across the locality.

The Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation reiterated its commitment to strengthening the grievance redressal system and addressing public concerns through coordinated departmental action.
