Malkajgiri Commissioner Inspects Mansoorabad and Kuntloor Wards to Review Sanitation

Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC) Commissioner T. Vinay Krishna Reddy conducted a field inspection in the Mansoorabad and Kuntloor wards of Hyderabad on Wednesday, including Sahara Estates, to review local sanitation activities, road margins, main roads, and mosquito breeding source points.
The primary objective of the inspection was to ensure a clean and healthy urban environment for the residents of the area. During the visit, Commissioner Reddy interacted directly with the residents of Sahara Estates. He emphasized the importance of maintaining clean surroundings and urged active community participation in the local sanitation efforts.
To address waste accumulation, the Commissioner issued several key instructions to municipal officials. He directed them to ensure the timely lifting of waste from Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVPs) to prevent public nuisance.
Furthermore, Commissioner Reddy ordered the intensification of sanitation operations across all major roads and road margins. He also directed the deployment of additional waste collection vehicles to the newly merged Urban Local Body (ULB) areas to ensure efficient and timely garbage clearance.
Through proactive field monitoring and citizen-focused governance, the MMC continues to work toward strengthening sanitation services and protecting public health across the wards.
