A major fire broke out at the Madannapet Market in Hyderabad in the early hours of Wednesday, gutting several commercial establishments and causing significant damage to property and goods.

The affected market area falls under the limits of the Madannapet police station. According to preliminary information, the blaze erupted during the early morning hours and quickly spread to several neighbouring shops.
