LuLu Mall in Hyderabad Offers Takeaway Onam Sadhya Ahead of Festival

Ahead of the Onam harvest festival on August 26, LuLu Mall in Hyderabad has rolled out a traditional Onam Sadhya kit available for pre-booking and takeaway, catering to the city's growing Malayali community and local food enthusiasts.

Curated by Junior Sous Chef Rashan Rai and CDP Abhram, the festive meal spread features more than 20 traditional Kerala preparations designed to allow residents to enjoy a festive feast at home.

Served in the traditional style on a banana leaf, the meal package includes a variety of regional dishes such as boiled Kuthari rice, sambar, avial, kootu curry, and thoran (poriyal). The spread is complemented by an assortment of pickles, including Injipuli, mango, and beetroot, along with crispy pappadam and a traditional sweet dish to complete the meal.

With Onam celebrations becoming an established part of Hyderabad's festive calendar, several dining outlets across the city are offering regional specialties. The takeaway kit at LuLu Mall has been packaged to provide a convenient festive dining option featuring authentic coconut-based flavours and classic Kerala recipes.
