Lucky Draws for 7,340 Indiramma Housing Flats Conclude in Telangana

Lucky draws to select beneficiaries for 7,340 affordable flats under the Telangana Government’s Indiramma Housing scheme concluded on Monday, August 31. The proposed housing towers are set to be constructed across 16 Assembly constituencies located within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) limits.
The draws were conducted over four days, running from August 28 to August 31. The 7,340 flats form part of a broader pilot initiative by the State government, which has proposed the construction of one lakh affordable housing units across 25 Assembly constituencies within ORR or Hyderabad limits, planning roughly 480 flats in each constituency.
Following the conclusion of the draws, officials will carry out background verifications for the selected individuals. The scrutiny will review family details, income levels, residential status, and property ownership within ORR limits to ensure applicants meet all prescribed eligibility standards.
The Telangana Housing Board will publish the list of selected beneficiaries on its official website. Members of the public who possess information regarding any selected candidates violating the eligibility requirements will be able to submit relevant details through the portal.
Meanwhile, the application window remains open for 1,920 flats across four additional Assembly constituencies: Musheerabad, Chandrayangutta, LB Nagar, and Goshamahal. Applicants for these segments have until September 3, 2026, to apply. The government will release notifications for housing units in the remaining constituencies in due course on the Board's website.
