Low-Pressure System to Bring Scattered Moderate Rains Across Telangana

Several districts across Telangana are expected to witness scattered moderate rainfall from late afternoon into the night, influenced by weather systems in the region.

According to the weather forecast, the rainfall activity is being driven by a low-pressure area situated over Jharkhand. This system is likely to bring scattered moderate precipitation across the western, northern, and eastern parts of Telangana.

In Hyderabad, conditions are expected to remain dry through the morning and early afternoon hours. However, weather patterns indicate that parts of the city could experience spells of rain beginning late in the afternoon and continuing into the night.

Across the wider state, multiple districts have been identified as likely to receive scattered moderate showers during the late afternoon and night hours. These include Adilabad, Asifabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Sangareddy, Medak, and Sircilla. Similar weather is also forecast for Vikarabad, Siddipet, Rangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Jogulamba Gadwal, Narayanpet, and Nalgonda.

The rainfall activity is projected to persist overnight and extend into the early morning hours of the following day in specific areas. The districts expected to see continued moderate showers during the late night and early morning include Asifabad, Mancherial, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, and Mulugu.

Additionally, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Khammam, Suryapet, and Warangal are also likely to experience rain spells stretching from the night into the early hours of the next day as the weather system moves through the region.
