Liverpool Delegation Meets Revanth Reddy in London, Plans Hyderabad Visit

A delegation representing Liverpool met with Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy in London on Saturday to explore potential collaborations across multiple sectors. Following the discussions, officials announced that a delegation from the English city will travel to Hyderabad in October to formalise a strategic partnership with the state.

The meeting in London was attended by Susan Finnegan and Nuala Gallagher, Corporate Directors of City Development for Liverpool, along with their colleagues. The officials held discussions with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy regarding potential areas of mutual interest and cooperation.

According to an update posted by the Telangana Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) on X, Liverpool is keen on establishing a strategic partnership with Telangana. The proposed collaboration will focus specifically on key domains including life sciences, technology, sports, and the creative economy.

The delegation's planned visit to Hyderabad in October is aimed at formalising the partnership and advancing the cooperative framework discussed during the London meeting.
