Andhra Pradesh Rajya Sabha MP and Jana Sena Party leader Lingamaneni Ramesh has stated that his son, Lingamaneni Sanjush, is fully cooperating with the police investigation into a fatal road accident near Inorbit Mall in Madhapur that claimed the life of a 26-year-old woman.
The victim, Bharati Mukhi, an employee at a store, was fatally struck by an Aston Martin on August 16. Following the incident, police registered a case against 21-year-old Sanjush under Section 106(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for allegedly causing death by a rash or negligent act.

According to the statement, Sanjush, who was driving the vehicle, shifted the injured woman to a hospital immediately after the crash occurred and reported the incident to police authorities without delay.
Ramesh stated that three separate medical tests conducted on his son returned negative results. He maintained that his family has the utmost respect for the law and that nothing is being hidden or avoided regarding the legal process.
The MP also appealed to the public to refrain from prejudging the circumstances or circulating unverified claims, noting that the investigation is underway and must establish the complete facts through a fair and impartial legal process.
