KTR Demands Probe Into ₹200 Crore Raviryala Land Allotment To Tesseract

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao on Tuesday demanded a comprehensive probe into the grant of nearly five acres of government land at Raviryala to Tesseract Advanced Systems. Addressing a news conference at Telangana Bhavan, KTR alleged that the land parcel, which is valued at around ₹200 crore, was allotted to a company linked to family members of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.

According to KTR, the nearly five-acre land parcel at Raviryala was allotted for approximately ₹7 crore, which works out to a rate of about ₹3,700 per square yard. He questioned how such a valuable piece of public property could be granted to the company at that rate.

Highlighting the operational status of Tesseract Advanced Systems, KTR stated that the company had a paid-up capital of just ₹1 lakh. He further alleged that the firm had no employees as of March 31, 2025. "How can a company with no employees and ₹1 lakh paid-up capital get five acres of govt land worth ₹200 crore? Is this not a scam?" KTR asked during the press conference.

The BRS leader demanded that the Telangana government immediately make public all official documents related to the Raviryala land allotment. His demands include the public release of the government order (GO), land valuation details, eligibility criteria, investment proposals, and employment commitments associated with the deal.

Furthermore, KTR insisted that the state administration reveal full information regarding the government officials who were involved in the decision-making process that resulted in the land being allotted to Tesseract Advanced Systems.
