KT Rama Rao Urges BRS Workers in Maheshwaram to Prepare for Next Assembly Elections

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao criticized the Congress-led government for halting development and welfare schemes in Telangana during a party workers meeting in the Maheshwaram assembly constituency. Speaking to the gathered party ranks, Rama Rao urged them to begin preparations for the next assembly elections.
Rama Rao stated that development in the state has come to a standstill during the past two and a half years since the Congress party came to power. He claimed that welfare and developmental activities have vanished from the state, leaving behind destruction and distress.
"KCR Kit is gone, and the era of power cuts has returned. Rythu Bandhu is gone, and 'Rahul Bandhu' has taken its place. The state is no longer seeing welfare schemes," Rama Rao said during his address to the party workers. He added that the public is suffering because the BRS is no longer in power.
Defending BRS president K. Chandrashekar Rao, Rama Rao noted that political positions are not new to the leader. He highlighted KCR's fifty years of vast political experience, pointing out his tenure as Chief Minister, union cabinet minister, Member of Parliament, and Member of Legislative Assembly. He added that KCR has sacrificed many positions throughout his political career.
During the meeting, the BRS working president gave specific directives to the cadre regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. He instructed the workers to take the process seriously and remain vigilant to ensure that the names of eligible voters are not removed from the voters' list.
Additionally, Rama Rao called on the party ranks to make the ongoing digital party membership drive a grand success. He announced that the party will issue special identity cards to every worker. He concluded by urging the party ranks to prepare for the upcoming assembly elections starting now.
