KT Rama Rao Launches AI Hub Switzerland Platform in Hyderabad

BRS working president and former IT Minister KT Rama Rao launched AI Hub Switzerland in Hyderabad on Wednesday. The global artificial intelligence knowledge, comparison, and compliance platform is designed to assist users, businesses, and policymakers in navigating artificial intelligence adoption and governance.

The launch event in Hyderabad was attended by AI Hub Switzerland founder Sridhar Gande alongside former Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Mahesh Bigala, and non-resident Indians from the United Kingdom and the United States.

AI Hub Switzerland operates as a curated directory and intelligence reference layer rather than a direct software integration service. The hybrid platform allows users to evaluate and compare more than 125 AI tools, 62 company and vendor profiles, and 51 real-world case studies across various sectors.

To address policy and ethical standards, the platform tracks 23 AI compliance and governance frameworks, including the European Union AI Act and NIST standards. It aims to build a global network composed of companies, researchers, and technical practitioners.

The initiative provides targeted resources for different levels of expertise. Beginners and learners can access plain-English explainers, structured learning paths, and resource libraries. Builders and developers are offered tool comparisons, API breakdowns, and integration guides, while managers and executives have access to ROI data, vendor comparison tables, and consulting toolkits with implementation playbooks.

AI Hub Switzerland plans to expand into a global AI think tank utilizing a contributor network of researchers, data scientists, and engineers to publish peer-reviewed benchmarks, whitepapers, and technical evaluations. The platform also announced a strategic working alignment with AI Policy Labs, headed by UK House of Lords member and AI consultant Uday Nagaraju, to link AI technology with cross-border policy dialogues and regulatory guidance.

Founder Sridhar Gande stated that the initiative aims to bridge the gap between rapid AI innovation and responsible regulation while helping enterprises and policymakers construct an ethical and efficient AI ecosystem.
