Jagtial Veterinary Teacher Wins Dr Verghese Kurien National Excellence Award

Dr. Radhakrishna Pulikanti, the Head of the Department of Physiology at the College of Veterinary Science, PV Narasimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University, has been honored with the Dr. Verghese Kurien National Excellence Award 2026 in Jagtial. The award was conferred in the academia category on June 2, 2026.

Dr. Pulikanti won the prestigious award in recognition of his outstanding achievement as the winner of the All India Article Writing Competition. The national contest was organized on the occasion of World Milk Day, which was celebrated on June 1, 2026.
