ITC Kohenur to Host Independence Day Culinary Events at Golconda Pavilion

ITC Kohenur in Hyderabad is hosting special culinary experiences at its Golconda Pavilion restaurant over the Independence Day weekend. The hotel announced through a press release that the festival offerings will include a South Indian brunch as well as a nationwide food showcase titled 'Swad of India'.

The specially curated brunch focuses on bringing together flavours from across South India. According to the press release, the dining experience is inspired by the spirit and colours of the Indian tricolour. Chefs at the venue have crafted an elaborate spread that features authentic delicacies from various southern states, prepared using regional ingredients and traditional recipes.

The festival aims to showcase India's southern culinary heritage, offering guests a range of dishes from comforting traditional favourites to signature specialties. The dining area at Golconda Pavilion will be arranged in a festive atmosphere decorated with patriotic hues and celebratory design elements throughout the event.

In addition to the South Indian culinary focus, the hotel will host the 'Swad of India' dining experience at Golconda Pavilion on August 16. The event is scheduled to take place from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, featuring iconic dishes and regional specialties gathered from across the country.

The 'Swad of India' showcase is designed to highlight the nation's gastronomic diversity and theme of unity in diversity. The venue will feature vibrant food presentations and a festive ambience inspired by the colours of the nation, paying tribute to India's rich culinary legacy.
