ITC Kohenur in Hyderabad is hosting a two-day Independence Day celebration featuring specially curated culinary experiences at its Golconda Pavilion restaurant on August 15 and August 16, 2026. The weekend event aims to highlight India’s rich culinary heritage, regional diversity, and patriotic spirit through authentic dishes from across the country.

The celebrations will begin on August 15, 2026, with an Independence Day brunch titled "Flavours of the South." Inspired by the colours and spirit of the nation, this curated brunch buffet will showcase an elaborate spread of authentic delicacies from across the southern states. The dishes are prepared by the hotel’s chefs using traditional recipes and regional ingredients, offering guests comforting favourites alongside signature specialities.
