IRCTC to launch two Bharat Gaurav tourist trains from Secunderabad

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced the launch of two new Bharat Gaurav tourist train packages starting from the Secunderabad Railway Station. The special tourist trains, scheduled to depart in July 2026, will carry pilgrims to several major religious destinations across India, including Ayodhya, Kashi, Baidyanath Dham, and Arunachalam.

The first package, named the 'Ayodhya – Kashi Punya Kshetra Yatra with Baidyanath Dham' Bharat Gaurav train, is scheduled to depart from Secunderabad Railway Station on July 4, 2026. This itinerary will cover prominent pilgrimage sites such as Ayodhya, Kashi, and Baidyanath Dham.

The second package, titled the 'Divya Dakshin Yatra with Arunachalam' Bharat Gaurav tourist train, is set to begin its journey from Secunderabad Railway Station on July 20, 2026. This route is designed to take pilgrims to key religious sites, including Arunachalam.

According to railway officials, both journeys are structured as comprehensive tour packages spread over eight nights and ten days. The all-inclusive packages are designed to provide a hassle-free travel experience for pilgrims, covering all essential travel requirements.

The packages include train travel, accommodation, and catering services. To ensure passenger comfort and safety, the tourist trains will be equipped with onboard security, public announcement systems installed in all coaches, and travel insurance. Dedicated IRCTC tour managers will also travel aboard the trains to provide assistance to passengers throughout the entire journey.

To accommodate pilgrims living outside of Hyderabad, railway officials announced that boarding and deboarding facilities will be provided at various en route stations across both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This setup allows passengers from different regions of the two states to join and leave the pilgrimage tours conveniently.
