Intermediate Student Killed By RTC Bus At Shabad Crossroads Near Chevella

An intermediate student was killed on Wednesday morning after being struck by a Road Transport Corporation (RTC) bus at Shabad Crossroads near Chevella. The victim, identified as Satvik Sai Reddy, was waiting by the roadside for his college bus when the fatal accident occurred.

The incident took place in the Hyderabad suburbs. Satvik Sai Reddy, who is also identified in police records as Satvik Reddy, was standing at the intersection, which is also referred to as Shadnagar Crossroads, waiting to commute to his college.

While he was waiting by the side of the road, an RTC bus passing through the Chevella area allegedly struck him. The impact of the collision was severe, causing the student to suffer multiple bleeding injuries. Satvik Sai Reddy died on the spot due to the severity of his injuries.

Upon receiving information about the tragic accident, the Chevella Police immediately dispatched a team to the spot. The police officers arrived at Shabad Crossroads to secure the area and begin their initial inquiries.

The Chevella Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision. They are looking into how the RTC bus struck the student while he was standing on the roadside.
