Intermediate Education Department Partners With MSN Labs and RIT for Student Jobs

On Wednesday, July 1, 2026, the Intermediate Education department in Hyderabad officially signed two separate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with MSN Laboratories and the Radiant Institute of Technology (RIT). These new agreements were established to create immediate career opportunities and strengthen skill development initiatives among both the students and the faculty members of government junior colleges.

The first partnership, signed with MSN Laboratories, is designed to facilitate direct employment opportunities for students graduating from Government Junior Colleges across the state. Under the terms of this partnership, MSN Laboratories will actively recruit eligible Intermediate students who completed their education between the 2023 and 2026 academic years. The recruitment drive will specifically target students from the MPC, BiPC, MLT, and Pharma Technology streams, offering them career paths within the pharmaceutical industry.

The second agreement, signed with the Radiant Institute of Technology (RIT), focuses on upgrading the skills of both teaching staff and students in the vocational stream. Under this MoU, RIT will conduct hands-on faculty development programmes specifically designed for lecturers of Government Junior Vocational Colleges. This initiative aims to ensure that educators are well-equipped with the latest industry-aligned knowledge.

In addition to faculty training, RIT will provide industry-aligned, on-the-job training directly to ET, ECT, and ME students. This specialized training is intended to focus heavily on enhancing employability outcomes, helping vocational students transition smoothly from their academic courses into professional roles upon graduation.

Speaking on the significance of the collaboration, Abhilasha Abhinav, the Director of Intermediate Education, emphasized the value of offering these programmes without any financial burden on the participants. Abhinav stated that providing quality training free of cost will bridge the gap between industry and academia, adding that the MoU is crucial in preparing students for employment.
