Hyderabad Police to Auction 2,193 Unclaimed Vehicles

The Hyderabad City Police has identified 2,193 abandoned and unclaimed vehicles of various makes and types for disposal through a public auction. Vehicle owners or individuals holding ownership or hypothecation claims over any of the vehicles can submit an application before the Commissioner of Police at the Integrated Command and Control Centre in Banjara Hills within six months from the date of the proclamation.

The upcoming auction will be conducted under the provisions of the Hyderabad (Metropolitan Area) Police Act, 2004, and the Hyderabad City Police Act. The identified vehicles are currently lying in various open spaces across the city.

Members of the public seeking detailed particulars regarding the vehicles can inspect information available with the auction team stationed at the SAR CPL Police Ground in Amberpet.
