Hyderabad Firms Develop Indrajaal Ranger Mobile Counter-Drone Vehicle

Union Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy on Tuesday congratulated Hyderabad-based defence technology firms for developing a mobile counter-drone vehicle designed to detect, track, identify, and neutralise rogue drones while on the move.

The vehicle, named the Indrajaal Ranger, was developed jointly by Hyderabad-based Indrajaal Autonomous Defense Systems and Sigma Advanced Systems.

Taking to social media platform X, Minister Kishan Reddy highlighted the capabilities of the Indrajaal Ranger, noting that the mobile platform provides comprehensive counter-drone functionality while moving.

The Union Minister stated that the development marks a major step towards modern and indigenous security solutions under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He added that the indigenous vehicle further reinforces the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat in critical defence technologies, offering congratulations to the entire development team for their achievement.
