Hyderabad Cricket Association invites applications for umpires and scorers

The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) has invited applications from experienced umpires and scorers in Hyderabad for the upcoming 2026-27 season. The association announced that eligible candidates who have the required experience can submit their resumes by July 8, 2026, for consideration.

According to the HCA, the hired umpires and scorers will be responsible for officiating and scoring during the upcoming league matches and other tournaments scheduled for the 2026-27 season.

For the umpire positions, the association has specified that applicants must have a minimum of three years of umpiring experience. Additionally, candidates must be currently active as umpires in corporate matches or other cricket tournaments.

For the scorer positions, the HCA requires applicants to have a minimum of two years of scoring experience. Candidates must also be currently active as scorers in corporate matches or other cricket tournaments.

Interested individuals who meet these eligibility criteria can send their resumes to the email address [email protected]. The deadline for submitting applications is July 8, 2026.

After the submission window closes, the Hyderabad Cricket Association will review the applications. The shortlisted candidates will then be contacted by the association to undergo an interview process for the officiating and scoring roles.
