HPS Begumpet Inducts New Student Council at Investiture Ceremony 2026

The Hyderabad Public School (HPS) in Begumpet held its Investiture Ceremony 2026 on June 25, 2026, to formally induct its newly elected Student Council. The event officially entrusted the student leaders with their leadership responsibilities for the academic year.
Rear Admiral Srinivas Maddula, VSM, Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Foreign Cooperation and Intelligence), attended the event as the chief guest. During the ceremony, Rear Admiral Maddula shared insights with the students regarding leadership, discipline, and perseverance. He also spoke about the importance of serving the nation with commitment and honour.
The ceremony was attended by a wide range of representatives from the school community, including members of the HPS management, faculty, parents, alumni, and students. The school noted that the gathering served as a celebration of leadership and institutional pride.
Dr. Skand Bali, the Principal of The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, spoke about the significance of the occasion. He stated that the Investiture Ceremony is much more than a ceremonial tradition, describing it as the beginning of a journey of responsibility, character, and service.
