HMDA to E-Auction 35 Residential Plots in Mokila on September 2

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is set to conduct an e-auction for 35 residential plots at its Mokila layout on September 2.

Ahead of the scheduled bidding, the urban planning agency hosted a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday. A large number of prospective buyers and bidders turned up for the interactive session to seek clarity on the overall auction process, bidding guidelines, and specific plot details.

During the session, HMDA officials addressed various queries raised by participants regarding layout specifications. The authorities also highlighted Mokila's strategic location, its planned infrastructure development, and its seamless connectivity to Hyderabad's rapidly expanding western growth corridor.

Prospective buyers looking to participate in the upcoming e-auction must complete their registration procedures by August 31, which has been set as the final deadline for enrolments.
