HMDA to E-Auction 35 Residential Plots in Bachupally on September 2

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is set to conduct an e-auction of 35 residential plots located at Bachupally Layout on September 2. Registrations for prospective buyers will officially begin on August 31.

In preparation for the auction, the urban development authority organised a pre-bid meeting on Thursday to interact with interested bidders and address their queries regarding the process and properties.

Officials representing the engineering, planning, and estates wings of the HMDA attended the session to clarify doubts. The team answered questions concerning the residential plots, layout details, development and infrastructure aspects, as well as the terms and conditions governing the auction.

According to a press release issued by the authority, the pre-bid session received a significant response from prospective bidders looking to participate in the upcoming land sale.
