Hetero Pharma Partners With Intermediate Education Dept To Recruit Over 300 Candidates
HYDERABAD — Hetero Pharma has partnered with the Department of Intermediate Education to recruit more than 300 Intermediate (10+2) qualified candidates for roles within its manufacturing units.
The recruitment drive recently commenced at a mega job mela organized under a Telangana Training & Placement initiative, where about 70 candidates were successfully recruited.
The selected candidates will be placed within Hetero Pharma's production and quality control departments. The company has expanded this hiring initiative to offer structured training and long-term career opportunities for the newly recruited youth.
Dr. S. Venkata Jayapal Reddy, Vice-President of HR at Hetero Pharma, stated that the company is pleased to strengthen its partnership with the Department of Intermediate Education. He noted that the collaboration will contribute to the state's vision of enhancing youth employability.
Abhilasha Abhinav, the Director of the Department of Intermediate Education, highlighted the benefits of the partnership for young graduates. She stated that the collaboration will help young graduates gain access to industry-relevant training and establish sustainable career paths in the pharmaceutical sector.
