Guidehouse Opens New Hyderabad Hub, to Expand Local Workforce to 1,000 Employees

Global professional services firm Guidehouse has opened a new hub in Hyderabad, marking its fourth operational location in India. As part of its regional expansion, the company announced plans to scale its local workforce from approximately 200 to 1,000 employees over the next 12 months.
The expansion in Hyderabad will focus primarily on the healthcare and financial services sectors across both functional and technical domains. Most of the new positions will centre on technology-enabled managed services, providing professionals with career pathways in high-demand fields.
Ali Bokhari, Partner and Global Managed Services Leader at Guidehouse, noted that the U.S.-headquartered consultancy employs around 19,000 professionals globally. The firm serves regulated industries, including healthcare, financial services, energy, and infrastructure across the United States, Europe, and India.
According to Bokhari, the new facility reinforces the company's commitment to investing in talent and technology-driven operations. Employees at the Hyderabad centre will gain exposure to industry functions while applying emerging technologies to real-world business processes, building expertise across both domain and technical specialisations.
The establishment of the Hyderabad hub represents a major step in Guidehouse's ongoing growth strategy in India as it expands capacity to support its international client base.
