Governor Approves Revanth Reddy's Decision to Drop Konda Surekha from Cabinet

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla has approved Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s decision to drop Forest Minister Konda Surekha from the Telangana Cabinet in Hyderabad.

The official removal was confirmed through a press note issued from Lok Bhavan on Thursday evening, formalising her exit from the State administration.

According to the Governor’s Special Chief Secretary, Governor Shukla acted on the advice tendered by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to remove Konda Surekha from the Council of Ministers.

Following the Raj Bhavan order, Surekha has been dropped from her post as a minister in the Telangana government with immediate effect.
