GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan Reviews SIR Notice Distribution in AC Guards

GHMC Commissioner and Hyderabad District Election Officer (DEO) RV Karnan on Monday inspected the distribution of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) notices at CIB Quarters in AC Guards, located within the Nampally Assembly constituency, to review the progress of the field exercise.

During his inspection, Karnan interacted with Booth-Level Officers (BLOs), BLO supervisors, Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), and Electoral Registration Officers (EROs). He instructed the election staff to ensure the systematic distribution of notices throughout the area.

Karnan directed officials to clearly explain the purpose of the notices to electors and actively assist them with the necessary process. During the field visit, he also interacted directly with residents to explain the importance of the Special Intensive Revision exercise.

The Commissioner advised electors to carefully verify all details mentioned in their notices and submit the required documents and information within the prescribed timeline. Voters were asked to approach their respective BLOs whenever they need clarification or assistance with forms and supporting documentation.

Stressing the importance of smooth operations, Karnan highlighted the need for close coordination among all election officials. He directed staff to ensure the prompt resolution of public queries so that eligible citizens can complete the SIR process without difficulty.
