Excise Officials Arrest 29-Year-Old Man with 850 Grams of Ganja in Nizampet

The Telangana Prohibition and Excise department arrested a 29-year-old man on Tuesday for allegedly possessing ganja in the Nizampet area of Hyderabad. The arrest took place in Vasantnagar Colony, placing the local neighborhood at the center of the department's enforcement action.

The arrested individual has been identified by officials as B Abhiram, a resident of Vasantnagar Colony.

According to the Prohibition and Excise department, officials recovered 850 grams of ganja from Abhiram's possession during the operation.

In addition to the seized contraband, the authorities also recovered and confiscated a mobile phone and a motorcycle from the possession of the arrested person.
