EHV International Opens South Indian Restaurant Hosa at RMZ Nexity in Hyderabad

Hospitality company EHV International has launched its South Indian dining concept, Hosa, at The Loft, RMZ Nexity in Hyderabad. The opening follows the brand's operations in Goa and Gurugram.
Hosa, which translates to 'new' in Kannada, presents regional South Indian cuisine paired with a cocktail programme and wine list. Brand Chef Harish Rao explained that the restaurant aims to present regional flavours and diverse home-style cooking traditions rather than conventional South Indian fare.
The Hyderabad menu incorporates culinary influences from Andhra and Telangana. Among the main courses is Paper Fish Curry, where fish curry is wrapped in paper using a method adapted from the French culinary technique Poisson Papillote. Other offerings include Garelu Chicken Curry and Kari Dosa, which features minced mutton keema, bone marrow hollandaise, and a sunny-side-up egg over a crisp dosa.
The small plates section includes vegetarian preparations such as Cracked Potatoes served with cauliflower masiyal and hibiscus dust, Kobbari 65 made with fried coconut malai and coconut-lime foam, Podi Vattayappam coated in ghee podi, and Mokkajonna Kebab served with cream cheese and tomato salsa. Meat and seafood options include Naranga Chicken in an orange-chilli sauce, Mutton Kebab paired with raw mango and chickpea mousse, and Toddy Shop Prawns.
The beverage programme, developed by EHV International's head of bars Varun Sharma, incorporates regional ingredients across signature cocktails such as the Hosa 75, Rum Kokum Cola, Panakam, and Black Pepper Penicillin. The dessert menu features items including Curry Leaf Ice Cream with curry leaf oil, Kapi Tres Leches, and Coconut Snow served with jasmine granita and almond crumble.
The restaurant's interior design draws from its coastal origins, incorporating regional design elements into a modern dining space.
