EHV International Launches Fireback and Barback Restaurants in Hitec City

EHV International has officially launched two new dining destinations, Fireback and Barback, at The Loft in Hitec City, Hyderabad. Helmed by acclaimed Michelin Chef David Thompson alongside Brand Chef Kaustubh Haldipur, the new venues introduce authentic Bangkok street flavors, Chinatown-inspired cuisine, and inventive cocktails to the local dining scene.

The dual-concept launch aims to expand the culinary landscape of the neighborhood by offering a contemporary yet traditional Thai dining experience. Chef Thompson curated the menus to be approachable, combining bold flavors with thoughtful execution.

Chef Thompson explained that the menu was designed to be both approachable and enjoyable for guests. Among the signature items on the Fireback menu are the Pineapple Salad, Raw Papaya Som Tam, and the Grilled Chicken Gorale. The menu also features Three Flavours Prawns, Chicken Krapow, and a rich, aromatic Massaman Curry Lamb, which stands out as one of the highlights of the culinary selection.

At Barback, the menu focuses on creative bar bites paired with expertly crafted drinks. Notable dishes include Chilli Oil Dumplings, Salt & Pepper Rock Shrimp, Stir-Fried Ginger Chilli Noodles, and Street Wok Fried Rice. Chef Thompson also designed a unique curry leaf mayonnaise dip specifically for the Barback menu, noting that it is a creation he both loves and hates, but one that guests enjoy.

One of the featured appetizers, the Grilled Sweet Corn Ribs, involves a specific preparation method where Chef Thompson boils the corn first and then deep-fries it to achieve the desired texture, resulting in a juicy dish with a smoky flavor.

To complete the dining experience, the establishments offer a selection of desserts that strike a balance between sweetness and texture. The dessert menu features Cashew Nut Pudding, Caramelised Taro with Grilled Banana, Coconut Jaggery Ice Cream, and the traditional Mango Sticky Rice.

With their stylish interiors, vibrant ambience, and flavor-forward menus, Fireback and Barback represent the latest addition to the growing hospitality sector in the Hitec City area, catering to those seeking premium Thai cuisine and innovative beverages.
