ECI Launches Online SIR Enumeration Form Submission For Hyderabad Voters

The Election Commission of India (ECI) launched an online facility on July 11, 2026, allowing eligible voters in Hyderabad to submit their Special Intensive Revision (SIR) enumeration forms digitally. This new system enables electors to complete the process online, eliminating the necessity of waiting for a Booth Level Officer (BLO) to hand over a physical hard copy of the form.

The digital initiative comes while the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls exercise is actively underway across the State. To provide greater convenience to local electors, the ECI introduced the provision to fill out and submit the enumeration form directly through its official website.

To access the online service, electors are required to visit the official portal at https://voters.eci.gov.in. Users can log in by entering either their registered mobile number or their Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC) number. The portal then sends a One-Time Password (OTP) to the registered mobile number, which the user must enter to authenticate their identity and access the system.

Once logged in, the voter must locate and select the option available under the caption "Fill Enumeration Form." This specific online facility is open to all electors whose names in the electoral roll match the names printed on their Aadhaar cards.

Upon a successful login, the system displays a webpage where the elector must fill in the necessary details. After entering and submitting the correct details, the portal redirects the elector to a dedicated e-sign page.

To finalize the submission, another OTP is sent to the registered mobile number for authentication. Once the elector enters this OTP on the e-sign page, the system successfully uploads the completed enumeration form.

The ECI has requested all eligible electors in Hyderabad who have registered their mobile numbers and whose names match in both the electoral roll and Aadhaar records to make use of this new online facility.
