EAPCET BiPC Counselling Schedule Announced for Pharmacy and Engineering Courses

The counselling schedule for admissions to BPharmacy, Pharm-D, Biotechnology, Bio-Medical Engineering, and Pharmaceutical Engineering courses has been officially released in Hyderabad. Commissioner of Technical Education and Convener of Eapcet-BiPC Admissions, A. Sridevasena, announced the detailed timeline covering both the first and final phases of the admission process.
Under the first phase of the schedule, candidates are required to submit their basic information, pay the processing fee, and book slots for certificate verification between September 12 and September 16. Certificate verification for candidates who have booked their slots will take place from September 15 to September 17. Following verification, eligible candidates can exercise their web options from September 16 to September 18, with the freezing of options scheduled for September 18.
Provisional seat allotments for the first phase will be issued on or before September 21. Candidates securing seats must complete tuition fee payments and online self-reporting on September 21 and September 22.
The final phase of counselling begins on September 25 for candidates who did not participate in the first phase. Certificate verification for candidates with booked slots in this phase will be conducted on September 26. Candidates will be able to exercise options on September 26 and September 27, with option freezing set for September 27.
According to the official notification, candidates participating in the final phase must exercise their options afresh, as selections made during the first phase will not be considered. Provisional seat allotment for the final phase will be announced on or before September 29, followed by fee payments and online self-reporting on September 29 and September 30.
Physical reporting at allotted colleges is mandatory for all selected candidates from September 30 to October 1. During this reporting window, candidates are required to submit Xerox copies of their certificates along with their original Transfer Certificate and obtain an acknowledgement receipt directly from the college administration.
Guidelines for spot admissions across university, constituent, and private unaided pharmacy and engineering institutions will be made available on the official website on or before October 2. Authorities have urged candidates to complete their fee payments and slot bookings promptly and to exercise as many options as possible to maximise their chances of admission.
