Dr Narayana Directs Officials to Finish Bapu Ghat Arrangements for Gandhi Jayanti

District Revenue Officer Dr. Narayana on Monday directed officials to complete all arrangements within the stipulated time for the upcoming Gandhi Jayanti celebrations at Bapu Ghat in Langar Houz, Hyderabad.

The memorial site is set to host official commemorative events on October 2. Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, state ministers, and senior administrative officials will visit Bapu Ghat to pay their respects.

According to Dr. Narayana, the dignitaries will offer floral tributes at the venue. Following the tributes, the Governor, Chief Minister, and other officials will tour the museum located on the premises.

The schedule will also include an all-faith prayer meeting, in which the visiting leaders and senior officials are slated to participate as part of the commemorative ceremonies.

Dr. Narayana instructed officials across concerned departments to coordinate effectively to ensure that all tasks and arrangements assigned to them are concluded within the prescribed timeframe ahead of the state visit.
