CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 Concludes With 36,000 Visitors

The three-day CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 concluded on Sunday in Hyderabad, drawing an estimated footfall of 36,000 visitors. Participating real estate developers reported strong buyer engagement, valuable leads, and on-the-spot business closures throughout the exhibition.
The property show brought together residential and commercial projects, developers, and financial institutions under a single roof. The arrangement provided prospective homebuyers an opportunity to compare RERA-approved projects, explore available options, and interact directly with builders.
The event also hosted panel discussions focused on the evolving real estate market in Hyderabad, emerging growth corridors, shifting buyer preferences, and the underlying infrastructure and economic factors driving demand across the city.
Speaking at the event, CREDAI Hyderabad president N. Jaideep Reddy said the exhibition reflected Hyderabad’s transition from a growth market into a long-term wealth-creation hub. He noted that the market is seeing a more selective buyer profile that values quality and connectivity, particularly in the booming western corridor, which currently leads the city’s investment landscape.
Addressing a conversation curated by Magicbricks at the event, Prasun Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer of Magicbricks, described Hyderabad as one of India’s most vibrant and resilient real estate markets. He explained that the city’s real estate expansion is becoming increasingly broad-based, driven not only by traditional sectors such as information technology and life sciences, but also by the growth of global capability centres, aerospace, manufacturing, and other high-value industries.
