CMC Demolishes 21 Illegal Structures in Kukatpally and Surrounding Zones

The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) carried out a major enforcement drive on Monday, demolishing 21 unauthorized structures across Kukatpally, Serilingampally, and Quthbullapur zones.
During the field-level inspection drive, CMC teams identified a total of 26 unauthorized constructions. Out of the identified properties, 21 were demolished, one was seized by authorities, and notices were issued to 14 properties. Five identified constructions remain pending for further action.
The demolition drive spanned multiple municipal zones. The highest number of actions was recorded in the Serilingampally zone, where officials carried out 11 demolitions. In the Quthbullapur zone, half a dozen unauthorized structures were brought down, while four demolitions were executed within the Kukatpally zone.
Municipal officials stated that the field-level identification and enforcement measures are being conducted on a continuous basis to enforce strict compliance with building regulations.
Authorities confirmed that follow-up enforcement on all remaining unauthorized constructions will be taken up in accordance with the prescribed legal procedures.
