CM Revanth Reddy Returns to Hyderabad After London Visit

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy arrived in Hyderabad on Monday morning after concluding an official visit to London, United Kingdom.

The Chief Minister had departed for the UK on August 20. Although he had planned to travel onward to the United States following the London leg of the tour, the trip was altered after the Central government did not grant permission for the US visit.

During his stay in London, Revanth Reddy attended an interaction with the Telugu diaspora on Sunday, where he urged Non-Resident Telugus to actively participate in the development of Telangana. He asked community members to serve as ambassadors for the state and to help promote the state government's 'Telangana Rising 2047' vision across the world.

Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu also attended the diaspora gathering as part of the state government delegation. Both leaders presented the state's recent progress across key sectors and outlined future development initiatives.

In addition to community engagements, the delegation held high-level discussions with leading academic institutions in the UK, including the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, and Imperial College London. Officials confirmed that the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, and other institutions agreed to explore collaborative opportunities with the Telangana government.
