CM Revanth Reddy Pays Tribute at Veerula Sainik Smarak in Secunderabad

A wreath-laying ceremony was organised at the Veerula Sainik Smarak at Gen KV Krishna Rao Parade Ground in Secunderabad as part of the Independence Day celebrations.

The event was marked by grandeur and military precision, bringing together serving personnel, veterans, and dignitaries to honour armed forces personnel who laid down their lives for the sovereignty and security of the country.

A contingent of officers and soldiers dressed in ceremonial attire, adorned with medals of distinction, participated in the event alongside a Military Band as homage was paid to the fallen heroes.

The proceedings commenced with the junior-most soldier laying a wreath at the memorial. Following this, veterans and senior officers of the station placed wreaths in tribute.

The ceremony culminated with Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy laying a wreath at the memorial and paying his respects.
