Chef J.P. Singh to Host Bukhara Culinary Showcase at ITC Kohenur in Hyderabad

Chef J.P. Singh, custodian of Bukhara's celebrated culinary heritage, will bring the flavours of the North-West Frontier to Peshawri at ITC Kohenur in Hyderabad for an exclusive culinary showcase running from August 28 to August 30.
The three-day food showcase will feature a curated selection of signature dishes prepared using time-honoured culinary techniques. Diners will have the opportunity to taste classic preparations associated with the Bukhara tradition, highlighting the distinctive spices and cooking styles of the North-West Frontier region.
Among the featured items on the menu are well-known culinary classics, including Dal Bukhara, Sikandari Raan, Tandoori Jhinga, and Naan Bukhara. Each preparation emphasises traditional tandoor cooking methods and robust flavour profiles that have defined the heritage brand over decades.
The dining experience will be open to guests for both lunch and dinner services throughout the three-day event. All featured dishes will be served on an à la carte basis, allowing visitors the flexibility to select and explore specific offerings from the curated menu.
Peshawri at ITC Kohenur will host the showcase within its rustic dining space, designed to reflect the culinary traditions of the frontier. The restaurant's interior setting features rough-hewn tables and an ambient environment intended to complement the traditional tandoor-focused meal.
The showcase will conclude its run on August 30 at Peshawri, ITC Kohenur.
