CBIT Hyderabad Celebrates 6th Graduation Day With Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla

The Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) in Hyderabad celebrated its sixth Graduation Day on Wednesday, hosting Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla as the chief guest for the convocation ceremony. The event brought together academic leaders, distinguished dignitaries, and the graduating class to celebrate their academic achievements and discuss their future contributions to the nation.
Alongside the Governor, Dr. Vijay Kumar Saraswat, a member of NITI Aayog, and Prof K Shashikanth, the controller of examinations at Osmania University, participated in the graduation ceremony as the guests of honour.
During the event, CBIT Principal Prof CV Narasimhulu delivered the welcome address. In his speech, the Principal highlighted the institution's continued commitment to excellence in technical education, research, innovation, industry collaboration, entrepreneurship, and holistic student development. Prof Narasimhulu congratulated the graduating students on their success and encouraged them to uphold professional ethics, lifelong learning, and social responsibility as they step out into the professional world.
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla addressed the graduating students, remarking that the opportunities for today’s youth are greater than ever before. He emphasized the power of education, stating that the graduates are empowered by knowledge.
The Governor added that honesty and integrity are the greatest strengths a young professional can possess in their career. He encouraged the graduates to combine their academic knowledge with strong moral values to become responsible leaders and contribute meaningfully to the development of the nation.
Dr. Vijay Kumar Saraswat also shared his insights with the graduating class. He inspired the students to actively pursue research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Saraswat emphasized that these pursuits are crucial for contributing to India’s vision of becoming a global leader in the fields of science and technology.
