Cab Supervisor Allegedly Murders Nurse Wife in Uppal Over Suspected Infidelity

A 38-year-old nurse was allegedly murdered by her husband at their residence in the Adarsh Nagar neighborhood of Chilkanagar, Uppal, on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The Uppal police have launched a manhunt to locate the fleeing suspect, who allegedly attacked his wife with a blunt object over suspected infidelity.

The victim, P Jessica, worked as a nurse at a hospital in Tarnaka. Her husband, 41-year-old P Suresh, was employed as a cab supervisor in Safilguda. The couple had been married since 2015 and lived together with their nine-year-old daughter at their home in Uppal.

According to the police, the couple had been experiencing ongoing domestic disputes. Suresh had reportedly been suspecting Jessica’s character and fidelity for some time. This suspicion led to frequent quarrels between the husband and wife at their residence.

The conflict escalated on Saturday, when Suresh allegedly attacked Jessica with a blunt object inside their home, resulting in her death. Following the attack, Suresh immediately fled the spot.

Upon receiving information about the incident, which was based on a complaint lodged by a relative of the victim, the Uppal police rushed to the residence. Police officers secured the area and collected evidence from the crime scene.

The Uppal police have stated that the investigation is currently ongoing from all possible angles. Law enforcement officials are continuing their efforts to trace the absconding suspect, Suresh, who remains at large.
