Bike-Borne Duo Snatches Three-Tola Gold Chain in Medchal's Girmapur

A woman was robbed of a gold chain weighing around three tolas by two unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants in the Girmapur area of Medchal on Sunday.

According to the police, the incident occurred while the victim was walking along the road. Two individuals riding a motorcycle approached her, and the pillion rider snatched the gold ornament directly from her neck. The duo immediately fled the scene on their two-wheeler.

Following the robbery, the woman approached the police and lodged a formal complaint. Officers registered a case and initiated an investigation into the matter.

Investigating teams are actively reviewing CCTV camera footage from the vicinity to identify the suspects and trace their route of escape. Police stated that efforts are also underway to identify the registration number and ownership details of the motorcycle used in the crime.
