BC Commission Directs MJPTBCWREI Society to Explain Unfilled Gurukula Seats

The Telangana Backward Classes Commission on Tuesday issued orders directing B Saidulu, Secretary of the MJPTBCWREI Society, to submit an explanation within 10 days regarding the non-filling of vacant seats from Class V to Intermediate in the Gurukula Society in Hyderabad.

The Commission took suo motu cognisance of reports published across various newspapers, which highlighted that students and their parents had been visiting the society's office for more than a month seeking clarity on the vacant seats. The reports also noted allegations of irregularities in the seat allocation process.

In addition to seeking an explanation, the BC Commission directed the MJPTBCWREI office to establish a help desk. The facility is intended to ensure that students and parents visiting the offices receive proper information and an appropriate response regarding the admissions process.
