Basavataraka Nagar Teacher Files Complaint Over Threat to Leak Private Photos

A woman residing in Basavataraka Nagar has lodged a complaint with the Film Nagar police, alleging that her husband has been harassing her and threatening to release her private photographs and videos on social media platforms.

According to police details, the complainant, who works as a teacher, stated that her husband had been subjecting her to ongoing harassment by issuing threats to publish and circulate her private media online.

The complainant further reported that similar harassment had occurred previously. She alleged that in 2022, her husband shared some of her private photographs on Facebook and wrote obscene comments directed at her on Instagram.

Based on the woman's formal complaint, the Film Nagar police have registered a case against the husband. Police officials confirmed that an investigation into the allegations is currently underway.
