Bank of Baroda has raised USD 700 million through a dual-tranche overseas bond issuance comprising three-year and five-year notes, the public sector lender announced.

The issuance was executed under the bank's USD 4 billion Medium-Term Note Programme and was carried out through its International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) Banking Unit located at GIFT City.

The offering comprised Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes. It saw significant demand from global investors, with the order book peaking at USD 2.67 billion, representing an oversubscription of nearly 3.8 times the final issue size.
