ASBL Launches G+50 Residential Project Legacy at RTC X Roads

Real estate developer ASBL has launched a new gated residential community, ASBL Legacy, at RTC X Roads in Central Hyderabad. Spread across approximately 7.97 acres, the development will feature three residential towers rising up to G+50 floors, making it the tallest project in the RTC X Roads neighbourhood.

The project introduces a high-rise gated community format to an area where residential development has traditionally consisted mainly of standalone buildings. ASBL Legacy offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments with prices starting at Rs. 1.99 crore. According to the developer, 73.25 per cent of the total project area has been designated as open space.

The development will include a 74,000 sq. ft. clubhouse along with more than 50 amenities laid out across roughly 1.70 lakh sq. ft. The planned infrastructure features a variety of sports, fitness, leisure, and daily lifestyle facilities for residents within the complex.

Among the featured amenities are a terrace swimming pool offering views of the city skyline, badminton courts, futsal courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and dedicated cricket nets, alongside other recreational spaces.

Located in Central Hyderabad, the project is situated around two minutes away from the RTC X Roads Metro Station. It is also positioned approximately eight minutes from Kacheguda Railway Station and roughly 15 minutes from Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (MGBS).
