16-Year-Old Intermediate Student Killed in Road Accident Near Ghatkesar

A 16-year-old intermediate student died in a road accident near Vandana Hotel under the Ghatkesar police station limits on Saturday after a speeding truck rammed the scooter she was travelling on with her parents.

The victim has been identified as Shravani, a resident of Warasiguda. According to reports, she was riding pillion with her father Suresh and mother Uma when the incident occurred.

The collision happened when a speeding truck struck their two-wheeler from behind. The impact of the crash threw all three family members onto the road.

The heavy vehicle ran over Shravani, who sustained fatal injuries and died on the spot.

Upon receiving information regarding the collision, the Ghatkesar police arrived at the scene. Police personnel initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
