13-Month-Old Girl Dies on Train Journey From Begumpet to Kakinada

A 13-month-old girl travelling with her parents on a train from Begumpet to Kakinada died on Friday morning after being found unresponsive at Secunderabad Railway Station.

The deceased child has been identified as M Anushree. According to the Government Railway Police (GRP), the infant was travelling with her family when they noticed she was unresponsive as the train arrived at Secunderabad Railway Station around 9 am.

Following the discovery, the parents rushed the child to a nearby private hospital for medical attention. Doctors at the facility examined the infant and subsequently declared her dead.

Officials from the Government Railway Police stated that they suspect the infant died due to ill health. The police added that an investigation has been launched to examine the case from all possible angles.
